A draft Club Eligibility and Participation Policy sets out what a club needs before BMFA can license it for the 2026–27 season.
Eleven mandatory requirements cover the club’s identity, officials, players, kits, training, medical contact, payment details and a signed participation agreement. A recommended tier and a development tier set the direction for later seasons without making season one impossible for clubs.
BMFA will publish fees before registration opens.
