Clubs and membership

Clubs join BMFA through licensing. A licensed club can enter BMFA competitions, starting with the National Minifootball League 2026–27.

How registration works

  1. Check eligibility

Make sure the club meets the eleven mandatory requirements.

  2. Prepare the dossier

Club, officials, team and administrative documents.

  3. Apply to BMFA

Submit the completed Club Registration Application.

  4. Licensing review

BMFA reviews the dossier and may ask for more information.

  5. Agreement and fees

Pay any published fees and sign the participation agreement.

Proposed process; BMFA publishes fees and dates before registration opens.

Check the mandatory requirements

Licensing has three tiers so season one is realistic for clubs. Only the first is required.
